1. Eligibility

Vitala is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your access credentials, and using the service in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Community conduct

Use Vitala respectfully and follow our community guidelines. Do not harass, exploit, impersonate, deceive, threaten, or publish illegal content or content you do not have the right to share. You remain responsible for the material you submit and the people you choose to meet.

3. Optional subscriptions

Vitala may offer optional paid features through automatically renewing in-app subscriptions. Prices, durations and renewal details are displayed in Apple's purchase flow before confirmation. Apple manages Apple-billed subscriptions, and cancellation is available through your Apple subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

4. Service availability

Features may evolve, and availability may vary due to technical, regional, or security conditions. We may restrict misuse of the service. We cannot guarantee matches, relationships, or uninterrupted availability.
