How to delete your Vitala account

In Vitala, open your profile or account settings and use the account-deletion option provided there. Follow the confirmation prompts. If you cannot access your account or the option is missing, contact support@joinvitala.com for assistance. A support request alone should not be necessary when you can access your account.

What account deletion means

Deleting an account is different from signing out or uninstalling the app. The deletion process should remove the account and the personal profile, associated content, and matching data held by Vitala that do not need to be retained for legal, security, or other permitted reasons. Backup copies and legally required records may be subject to limited retention. We may verify the request to protect your account.

Subscriptions are handled separately

Deleting a Vitala account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. If you subscribe to Vitala Plus through Apple, open Manage Apple Subscriptions to cancel renewal. Check the cancellation status before completing account deletion.
