Be respectful

Vitala is designed for welcoming, respectful connections. Harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, and unwanted sexual advances are not acceptable.

Be real

Use accurate profile information and photos you have the right to share. Do not impersonate another person or mislead others about your identity or age. Users must be 18 or older.

Protect yourself and others

Do not share bank details, verification codes, or sensitive personal information with strangers. Avoid requests to send money or move conversations to suspicious websites. Meet in public places and tell a trusted person about plans to meet.

Report concerns

Use available in-app reporting or blocking tools and contact support@joinvitala.com if someone violates these guidelines. We may review and restrict accounts that breach our rules, consistent with applicable law and our terms.
